ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the acquisition of another property to add to our Hotel & Resort portfolio, ULTIQA Signature. Located in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, ULTIQA Signature is a 256-apartment project which will commence construction early this year and is expected to open in 2022.
