If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance where you need to cancel a booking due to an inability to travel as a result of a Covid lock-down and/or border closure, we will offer a free of charge date change or a full refund less an administration fee (to be determined by booking type and payment method).

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols

Due to COVID19 we have made additional procedures part of our routine property cleaning to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable stay. These include:

Public Areas – All public areas will be cleaned more frequently. This includes disinfecting all lifts, door handles and all high traffic areas of the resort. A hand sanitising station is available at reception.

Apartments – Beyond our normal cleaning procedures, all guest apartments have additional sterilizing protocols in place. Attention will be focused on high-touch surfaces and more rigorous cleaning throughout.

Reception – All staff will be practicing social distancing and reception has hand sanitiser on the counter. Additional disinfecting procedures are in place with regards to room keys, payment machines and pens. This area will also be routinely cleaned as part of our public area hygiene schedule.
